How To Order
All prices on The Bay Window website are in Australian Dollars.
Add your items to the shopping cart, by clicking the add to cart button. If you want to see a larger image or order more than one of an item click on the image first, this will then give you the option of selecting more than one item. With fabrics, laces and trims be sure to include measurement (eg. 1.5 metre) and proceed to the checkout. Fill out your details and select cheque/money order, direct deposit or credit card and submit order online.
If you choose the credit card option we will contact you for your credit card details. You will not be asked to enter your credit card number on the website.
If you choose the direct deposit option we will email you our banking details.
When you submit your order online you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This will include your order number, if you do not receive this email please contact us.
You will then be contacted with total of order including postage and for your payment.
You can also place orders by post, phone, fax or email.

Orders shipped as soon as payment received.
Block of the Month
When you join a block of the month programme you are making a commitment for the full length of that programme. For example 10 months @ $$$ is a commitment for 10 months.
Blocks are sent out each month and payments are taken from your credit card only at the time of shipping.
Out of Stock Items
While every effort is made to provide the items listed on this website sometimes delays occur or products become unavailable. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable you will be notified before your order is shipped. You may then decide to wait for item to arrive before your order is shipped, choose an alternative or cancel your order.
Returns
If a product has a manufacturers defect it may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Patterns and Books cannot be returned.
Sale items cannot be returned.
The original receipt or a copy must accompany all returns.
